1 Start with Menu.

• Click the Start button in Windows Taskbar.
• For 7/Vista users, Enter the All Programs.
• For Window XP User, Click the Programs entry.

2 Find Bitdefender 2013 folder.

• You will see the following Bitdefender 2013
  folder had been added to the menu, click it.
• Scroll down that folder till you locate the below
  Repair or Uninstall option, launch it by using
  the administrative rights.

3 Uninstall Bitdefender wizard.

• For Windows 7/Vista guys, answer the Yes option
  from the following UAC info box.
• NOTE
• if the previously installed Bitdefender Internet
  Security (2013/2012)just became problematic or
  you just had it half-uninstalled, please first
  try the Repair option from the below Repair or
  uninstall Bitdefender wizard follow it, and
  complete the rest of the on-screen instructions.

• Reboot your system.
• Re-launch or click the following Remove option to
  automatically uninstall its main program.

4 Choose "FULL uninstall of Bitdefender"

• you have another chance to restore or change the
  security suite on your computer.
• To automatically uninstall this Bitdefender's
  product, you choose the "FULL uninstall of
  Bitdefender" option.
• You click the green Next button on the Uninstall
  Bitdefender window.

5 Can close survey webpage.

• You can complete or directly close the following
  Uninstall (survey) webpage.

6 Reboot your System.

• Ensuring you've saved all your personal files,
  you then click the Restart on right pane or you
  click the Finish to have your machine rebooted
  later on.
