About Us
The idea behind 5280 Burger Bar started with two
guys who love really good, high-quality
burgers.With that in mind, we serve the finest,
chef-crafted burgers, salads, appetizers and
sides made from local, fresh, all-natural
ingredients. We do this by serving burgers made
from Colorado beef, never treated with hormones
or antibiotics, and we source as much of our
produce as possible from local and regional
farms.

Handcrafted Burgers
At 5280 Burger Bar our philosophy is really quite
simple. We believe that the best handcrafted
burgers are made with the best ingredients.
First and foremost, that starts with the beef.
Ours is all natural and raised in Colorado,
always fresh and never frozen. You cant make
the best handcrafted burgers with a frozen beef
patty, end of story. Next, we put that burger on
a bun that is made from scratch and baked fresh
every day.

Beer
We serve the finest Colorado handcrafted beers.
What we have changes all the time, so take a look
at the board and see what looks good.
Liquor
We serve the finest small batch, handcrafted
liquor available, all the old favorites and make
the best drinks in town.
Soft Drinks and Teas
We serve housemade Tea and Fresh Squeezed
Lemonade. We also serve Coca-Cola products (we
are a burger joint).

Appetizers, Salads Sides
Appetizers
Theres nothing like enjoying a few tasty bites
to get the appetite going for the meal to come.
In fact, thats how appetizers came to be a
traditional part of the meal. The ancient Greeks
and Romans were known to enjoy fruit, olives and
wine in anticipation of a big feast. This
tradition is alive and well today at 5280 Burger
Bar.
The 5280 COBB Salad
Romain and Iceburg Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon,
Chicken Breast, Hard Boiled Egg, Avocado and Blue
Cheese.

Ice Cream Desserts
We may have the word burger in our name, but at
5280Burger Bar were as passionate about ice
cream desserts as we are about our namesake
sandwich! Thats why we have our very own
talented ice cream chef who churns our flavors
fresh every single day. We take pride in using
high quality ingredients in our frozen
concoctions, like Belgian chocolate and farm
fresh dairy products. If youre a purist you can
enjoy our flavors straight up in a cone or cup,
but we also use them to create other ice cream
desserts like our sundaes and shakes.
