Find a workout partner
Having best workout partner is a way to stay
motivated. You can find another newbie, or a gym
regular, and arrange to meet at the gym at fixed
days/times. This way, you can get in shape and
enjoy the social element of gym training while
youre resting between exercises.

exercises, and then gradually work your way up,
