Francis St. Holder is an experienced and skilled
Information Technology manager. He works as the

worked his way up to a leadership position by

Architect and Engineer and eventually worked his
way up to Technical Operations. Today, St. Holder
is the Chief Technology Officer for the company,
which is based in the Washington, DC area. He
continues to look for new ways to expand his role
with the company and to satisfy all of the
companys clients in the area.

Virtualization
Francis St. Holder is the Chief Technology
Officer for Information Technology Security and
Consulting Incorporated (ITSCI). He rose in the
company from Senior Systems Network Architect and
Engineer to CTO starting in 2000 partly because
of his focus on cloud computing and
virtualization. St. Holder now focuses on the
executive management of all company contracts,
financing, project planning, project management,
and technical marketing. St. Holder has worked
with many companies and individuals throughout
the Washington, DC area.
