We provide clients confidential, long term
addiction treatment that supports continued
sobriety.
Who We Are
Our highly qualified clinical team will walk you
through different evidence based treatment
modalities and support you in discovering and
venturing down your own personal road to
recovery. We pride ourselves in being highly
confidential and flexible. We offer treatment in
a home like setting and are able to work with
clients around their busy life schedules. Our
staff can and will provide treatment before work,
during lunch hours, after work and in the
evenings in order to ensure recovery is a part of
your life. Our specialized six week intensive
outpatient treatment program is followed by a
long term outpatient and recovery maintenance
program that maximizes your opportunity for
long-term success. We are located in San Diego,
California.

What Makes Us Unique
Meeting you where you are, our curriculum draws
on many leading treatment modalities including
CBT, REBT, EMDR, Gorski CENAPS model for Relapse
Prevention and SMART Recovery and 12-Step as
needed.
Clients, upon admission, agree to stay engaged in
the program at some level for at least one year.
Many of our clients have chosen to maintain their
therapeutic relationship with the program for up
to 2 years following their initial 6 week
intensive outpatient program We maintain small
group sizes of no more than 6 clients per
group We ensure regular 1 on 1 sessions with
clinicians We work with clients schedule to
ensure treatment can be a priority in their busy
lives Recovery and change can be challenging, we
support you over the long haul to develop life
long strategies

How We Handle a Relapse
Our clinicians work with our clients 1 to 1 to
identify and understand what led up to the
relapse, what signs were missed and what feelings
and emotions they are experiencing as a result of
the relapse. Our clinicians assist the client in
identifying how to increase their self-awareness,
ability to make better decisions and how to
regulate emotions. We are here for the client and
our goal is assisting the client in creating
their own road to recovery we dont give up when
they hit their first bump in the road.
