    development efforts. But, there are some legal
    concerns in the recruiting process.
  • Each and every hiring process need to be done in
    a manner that reduces risk to the business and
    saves the interests of all the stakeholders
    involved.
  • In this blog we are going to look cover two
    aspects of hiring the legalities involved
    around them. One, the type of employee hired and
    other the people who are hiring for the company.

  • Employment agreements come in picture for
    permanent employee hiring. It can be categorised
    in two terms
  • a. Offer LetterIt is a formal agreement that
    defines the conditions of the relationship
    between an employee and an employer, comprising
    compensation, expectations and work policy. A
    signed copy is presented to the candidate
    whenever employers agree to hire him/her. Check a

  • b. Bond AgreementBonds are another form of
    employment agreements which binds an employee to
    be associated with the company for a certain time
    period. Situations could be at the time of
    hiring, company sponsoring for technical
    certificate or sending employee to overseas
    office. However, bonds are not valid in every
    industry.
