Surgery of Sleep Apnoea and Snoring
Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a syndrome
characterized by periods of cessation of
breathing (apnoea) or decreases in airflow during
sleep (hypopnoea) that occur during sleep.  The
syndrome is defined by an apnea-hypopnea index
(the number of apnoeas plus hypopneas divided by
the number of hours asleep).  The number is 5 or
higher in association with excessive daytime
sleepiness.

Dr. Kerner approaches facial rejuvenation in a
comprehensive manner.  Not every procedure is for
every potential patient.  We approach facial
aging as a multi-factorial event that involves
some bone loss, soft tissue loss, and then excess
skin only as a result of the deflation that
occurs with the underlying tissues.  To address
these issues, we evaluate each patient on an
individual basis.  Some patients benefit from a
traditional face and neck lift, others just some
fat injection procedures.  Others require
implants to achieve desirable results.

state-of-the-art voice laboratories at all of our
offices.  The key to the successful management of
voice disorders requires a precise diagnosis. 
The study of the larynx (called laryngology) is
in its infancy.
