• Getting pregnant after 40 is possible without
  fertility treatment, but your chances of having
  trouble conceiving are higher.

  per IVF cycle is just 6.2 according to the most
  recent statistics, and only a little more than 1
  after age 44.

  rate per treatment cycle, regardless of age.
