• This 2000 model Mazda RX-7 turbo had full
  aftermarket body panels fitted in Japan to make
  it look like a Supercar.
• With past repair history, it was unlikely to
  be SEVS eligible (before even considering
  Australian compliance issues due to the different
  lights etc.).
• So no good for road use import to Australia but a
  stunning car nonetheless.
• This 2000 Mazda RX-7 turbo was sold at USS Tokyo
  on 23 June 2016 for 2,995,000 YEN FOB.
• Prices naturally vary over time depending on
  condition, kms, specification level, supply,
  demand, exchange rates and other factors.
• Total price in Australia at that time would be
  approx. 46,500 LANDED FOR RACE USE (calculated
  at a rate of 80 yen to the dollar). Please note
  that this vehicle is an EXAMPLE only and is not
  available for sale.
• It would have been eligible for import to
  Australia under the Race / Rally Import option.

• The current model 30 Series Toyota Alphard
  Vellfire LUXURY people movers will soon be
  available for import.
• Compliance for 2015 models is expected by Dec
  2016 with sample vehicles just arriving now for
  the required SEVS testing process.
• These are fitted with all sorts of luxury
  features and are a very popular high end
  vehicle in many Asian countries.

• Note  The catch is that only the Welcab models
  are eligible for import under the current ruling.
  This means they must have the factory removable
  wheelchair, side lift-up seat or passenger
  lift-up seat.
• However, those models with the front lift up seat
  can be used just like a normal vehicle. With only
  the base of the seat being slightly larger than
  normal to house the electric mechanism, it is
  hardly noticeable.

  million yen at auction depending mostly on spec
  level, this translates to a price range of
  58,000 to 120,000 complied, at our current
  exchange rate (80 Yen to the dollar).
