yourself then you have to be ready for some hard
work and spend some money before you are able to
make profit from the sale of your property.

before you decide to do it, consider your market,
time, and home conditions. Take the following
steps 1. Research your market What is the
average price of homes in your neighborhood? Is
it a buyer's market or a market with homes
sitting for months without a purchaser or the
other way around? If your market circumstances,
