Dental Care Tips For Kids
Regular visits to the dentist and daily teeth
cleaning will help your kid to make teeth strong
and healthy. Here are some tips to help you look
after your teeth.

  • Brush at least twice a day For better dental
care we have to brush on regular basis twice in a
day. In night the best time to brush teeth is
after meals. Prefer a toothbrush with a small
head for superior access to back teeth. Soft
bristles are kinder on your gums.
  • Use fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps to
harden tooth coating and decrease your risk of
    tooth decay or cavity.
  • Brush thoroughly When you brush your teeth then
should take between two and three minutes.

  • Floss your teeth daily Use floss a slow and
    gentle sawing motion.
  • Avoid acidic drinks like soft drinks and fruit
juices Food acids can make your tooth material
soften and weak and melt the minerals in tooth
    enamel, causing cavities or caries.
  • Avoid sugary foods Sugar is the most harmful for
tooth. Bacteria in dental plaque change sugars
    into acids.

  • Guard your teeth from injuries Always wear a
mouth guard or full-face helmet when playing
    sports or driving bike.
  • Avoid using your teeth for anything other than
chewing food If you use your teeth to crack
nuts, remove bottle caps or rip open packaging
then will be suffer with breaking problem of your
    teeth.
  • Visit your dentist for regular check-ups You
have to visit your dentist in every 3 month also
