  • Spring is one of the temperate season which is
    exists to rejuvenate the things lost during
    winter. Spring time referred to be regrowth,
    rebirth, and renewal.
  • There is some reason behind the seasonal changes.
    There are so many restrictions for the things to
    do with summer, winter, autumn and spring. Every
    season has its unique characteristics to do.
  • For example, we cant wear sweaters in summers
    and cotton clothes in winter. Likewise food
    charts are also there to follow in all these
    climates.
  • Basically Indians are more famous for food
    preparation based on the climates. They will
    prepare Tastier and healthier food.
  • Especially this is spring season, so as per the
    season we have to take foods to stay healthy.
