Kathleen Yonce was born and raised in Rock Hill,
South Carolina. She received a one-year
scholarship to study in Germany, and after
completing her one-year scholarship she returned
to Rock Hill and graduated from Northwestern High
School. She received her MBA from Nova
Southeastern University in 1995 and is a
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
Designee since 2008.

Kathleen Yonce started her career in the real
estate development industry in 1993 when she
joined the Aura Group, a privately held real
estate firm in Boca Raton. At the Aura Group, she
managed the leasing and construction of tenant
improvements for Building One at the Corporate
park in Boca Raton. While working at the Aura
Group, she started studying for her MBA and
graduated from Nova Southeastern University in
1995.

Kathleen Yonce is a skilled commercial real
estate development executive who has been in the
industry for more than twenty years. She has held
various managerial posts and has gained a variety
of useful skills such as presentation, investment
management, and analytical skills. Over the
years, she has worked on over one million square
feet of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use
properties throughout South Florida.

Consulting
Kathleen Yonce founded KEY Management Consulting
after graduating with an MBA from Nova
Southeastern University. She formed the firm to
pursue opportunities using her development
experience skills combined with her ARGUS
Financial analysis skills on behalf of her
clients. She has worked with various clients
including Sharpe Project Developments, Codina
Development, and South Dade Vision Council.
