he was the Executive Director of Mountain Peak
Charter Schools, he founded and directed a
start-up charter school during its inaugural
year. He was responsible for hiring teachers and
school employees and ensuring that the school ran
smoothly. He enjoys working with students and
helping his fellow educators to find innovative
ways to improve school systems.

his career by teaching in Buffalo, New York,
Birmingham, Alabama, and Los Angeles, California.
As he realized his passion for helping others, he
began to develop his leadership skills. He was
worked as the Principal of a school and an
administrator. He is highly experienced in his
field and is able to coach and lead his fellow
educators. He began his career in education as a
teacher and taught in three different cities. He
enjoyed helping students learn and watching them
succeed in their studies.
