In Vitro Fertilization
In vitro fertilisation, the egg is fertilised by
a sperm in the laboratory and the resulting
embryo is implanted in the womans uterus.

Gamete Intra Fallopian
Transfer
Gamete Intra Fallopian tube transfer, the eggs
and sperm are transferred into the fallopian
tubes to assist fertilisation.

Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm
Injection
Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection, the egg is
fertilised by the injection of a single sperm and
the resulting embryo returned to the womans
uterus.

Intrauterine Insemination
Intrauterine insemination is a fertility
treatment that involves placing sperm inside a
woman's uterus to facilitate fertilization.

Ovulation Induction
The use of hormone therapy with careful
monitoring to stimulate egg development and
release.

Embryo Freezing Transfer
This is a technique for couples who produce more
embryos during an IVF cycle than required. The
remaining embryos can be stored for 5 to 10 years
in frozen state. During treatment, they can be
transferred into the womans uterus for
fertilization.
