Gil Horwitz Property Manager
For over ten years, Gil Horwitz has been managing
Sage Management, LLC. Gil founded the company in
order to provide quality, affordable housing to
residents in the Baltimore and Washington D.C.
sub-markets. Gil focuses his time and energy on
multi-family and residential projects. Often
investing in blighted properties in order to
rehabilitate the property and turn it into a
neighborhood asset.

Gil Horwitz is a property manager from Baltimore,

College where he received his Bachelors degree
in Talmudic Law. Gil also holds an M.B.A. in
Finance from John Hopkins University. He used his

management company in 2004 and spends his time

his companys portfolio. His career started
shortly after he graduated college. He holds an
M.B.A in Finance from Johns Hopkins University
and a Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel
