  • Growing your own wheat grass and juicing it is
    easy. It is also paramount to ensuring that you
    receive the highest quality crop, which is able
    to produce the most nutritious juice. Wheat grass
    reaches its nutritional peak when it reaches
    around 7 to 8 inches so is best cut at this
    height. A 17"x17" flat of wheat grass will
    produce 12 to 18 ounces of juice. A handful of
    wheat grass will yield approximately 1oz of fresh
    juice. Wheat grass is very leafy and requires a
    different type of juicer to most fruit and
