Andrew R Crumbie Jamaican Native
Andrew R Crumbie arrived in America as an
immigrant from Jamaica at age six. His parents
taught him the value of hard work. As an adult,
Andrew decided that he wanted to serve his
community by becoming a state trooper. He felt
very fulfilled in his role in the community,
however he soon felt called to another job. While
still working as a State Trooper, Crumbie become
a lawyer. He founded Crumbie Law Firm, a group of
intelligent and diverse lawyers who work together
for the greater good.

Andrew R Crumbie Tenacious Hard-Worker
Originally from Jamaica, lawyer Andrew R Crumbie
has always been a hard worker and a go-getter.
Throughout his time as a state trooper, as Deputy
Commissioner for the State Police Division of
Scientific Services in Connecticut, as a law
student (while still working for the police
department) and as a lawyer with his own firm,
Crumbie has shown tenacity, enthusiasm and
intelligence. He continues to do so with his law
firm, a group of diverse lawyers that bring a
unique perspective to their many clients.

Andrew R Crumbie Embracing Diversity
When Andrew R Crumbie decided to start his own
law firm, it was up to him to decide what kind of
lawyers he would bring on board. Being a minority
himself (Crumbie is originally from Jamaica), he
chose to create a team of ethnically diverse
lawyers. At Crumbie law firm, Jamaican Patois,
Cantonese and Spanish are spoken. There are four
female lawyers there as well, an anomaly in the
profession. Andrew R Crumbie recognizes the
benefits that having a diverse team of lawyers
offers to his clients.

Andrew R Crumbie Former State Trooper
Jamaica native Andre R Crumbie is currently
working as a lawyer at the law firm he founded in
2008. Crumbie is different from many other
lawyers, however, as he didnt plan on being a
lawyer. In fact, Crumbie was actually a Sergeant
State Trooper and Deputy Commissioner for the
State Police Division of Scientific Services,
both experiences that give him a unique
perspective as a lawyer. Crumbie, not one to do
anything halfway, continued working as a state
trooper while going to law school full time, an
effort that took three years to complete.
