• Initially WEGUS INFOTECH will get clients
  enquiry through various sources such as Website
  enquiry, client references, events, social media
  etc.
• Experts Interaction
• Wegus allocates dedicated executive to take care
  of all the needs and requirements of the client.
  All the details such as SMS Panel features and
  advantages, pricing negotiations, payment options
  will get discussed between client and our
  executive.

• Well organized flow
• After free testing of our services, client will
  give for confirmation to go ahead with our
  services.
• If it is promotional SMS, we dont need any
  agreement forms to be signed.
• If it is Transactional SMS, We need one agreement
  form to be filled by both the parties (Client
  Wegus) and one subscription form for template
  basis messaging if it is Open DND Route we
  require Refundable security Deposit of 10,000 INR
  as per TRAI regulations.

• Process after Payment
• Once the payment is confirmed our support team
  will create an account with user ID and Password,
  a dedicated panel for client to operate their
  business needs. This will take 10 to 15 min
  maximum.
• In Transaction case, for sender Id Approval it
  will take 15 to 30 min and for the pre template
  approval it will take 10 to 20 min if all
  documents are clear.

• Support SLAs
• Our Support team operates from 9.30 A.M to 8.30
  P.M. So any query regarding to support will take
  care between this timings. But all the basic
  queries regarding to services and support will be
  taken care by our team 247.
• Recharge facility
• Once the SMS credits got over from client's
  account, then client can made a Recharge request
  through their account and also can request
  through mail or call.
• Again, once the payment is done their account
  gets recharge with the requested credit amount.
• Note Wegus InfoTech is providing the Post paid
  facility for enterprises customers.
