Richard Crandall Education
Richard Crandall earned a Bachelors and Masters
Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young
University and a Masters in Business
Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
He graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame and
went on to become one of the only Certified
Public Accountants in the nation who is also a
certified School Nutrition Specialist.

Richard Crandall is the Chairman of Child
Nutrition Resource (CN Resource), a team of
dietitians and child nutrition advisors that
consult with state agencies throughout the United
States to help them oversee state and federal
child nutrition programs. Crandall and his team
help state agencies certify, audit and train
local school districts and develop menus that
comply with all state and federal regulations.

Richard Crandall Notre Dame Business Competition
Richard Crandall earned a Masters Degree from
the University of Notre Dame in Business
Administration. He graduated summa cum laude from
Notre Dame and also won the Notre Dame Business
Plan Competition for his proposal for Child
Nutrition Resource, a consulting group working
with state agencies to help oversee federal and
state child nutrition programs. He still sits as
the Chairman of the Board to this day.

meet their child nutrition oversight goals.
