  for online Stuff has designed an open source
  distribution analytics engine, Apache Kylin. It
  provides SQL Interface with multi-dimensional
  analytics (OLAP) on Hadoop, supporting extremely
  large datasets. Kylins pre-built MOLAP cubes,
  distributed architecture, and high concurrency
  helps users analyze multidimensional queries
  using Kylins SQL interface as well as via other
  BI tools like Tableau and Micro Strategy.

• Kylin is extremely fast OLAP Engine and can
  reduce query latency on Hadoop for 10 billions
  of rows of data. Users can interact with Hadoop
  Data Thought Kylin at sub-second latency, they
  can also define data model and pre-build in kylin
  with more than billions of raw data records. It
  offers and Support ANSI SQL on Hadoop for most
  query functions, making it highly interactive and
  friendly.
