Day 01 - Arrive Cochin 
Arrive Cochin and transfer to hotel. Overnight
Cochin.

Day 02 - Cochin
Morning city tour. Cochin is the natural harbour
created by the famed underwater Malabar mud-banks
whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas
are outside the calmer the waters are within the
Harbour. Vasco-de-Gama placed it on the world
map. It has a Jewish synagogue, Portuguese
churches, mosques and Hindu temples. Watch the
Chinese Fishing Nets. Afternoon free. Overnight
Cochin.

Day 03 - Cochin - Munnar 
Morning drive to Munnar. Munnar is a
breathtakingly beautiful and a haven of peace and
tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in
God's own country. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft
in Idukki district, Munnar was the favored summer
resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the
colonial days. Munnar is un-ending expanse of tea
plantations - pristine valleys and mountains-
exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild
sanctuaries and forests and aroma of spice
scented cool air. Overnight Munnar.

Day 04 - Munnar - Kodaikannal
Morning drive to Kodaikannal.
Overnight Kodaikannal.

Day 05 - Kodaikannal
Kodaikanal is a charming hill station situated
amidst the grandeur of the southern crest of the
upper Palani hill -in the Western Ghats, at a
height of 2135 mts. Its tranquil lake framed by
wooded hills, mighty rocks and slopes and
enchanting waterfalls mesmerize visitors. It is
noted for hybrids and grafts, hill plantain
fruits and plums and -Kurunji- flower which
blossoms once in 12 years. Overnight Kodaikanal.

Day 06 - Kodaikanal - Periyar
Morning drive to
Periyar. Overnight Periyar.

Day 07 - Peiryar
The earliest sanctuary to be set up in 1934, it
extends to 777 square kms forms part of the
high mountain ranges, the Western Ghats. Wild
life can be seen while cruising on Periyar Lake
in a motor boat. Amongst the animals which can be
seen are elephants, wild boar, sambar, tiger,
leopard, wild dog, langur monkeys, etc. Overnight
Peiryar.

Day 08 - Periyar - Alappuzah (Alleppey)
Morning drive to Alleppey.
Overnight Alleppey.

Day 09 - Alleppey
Embark a rice houseboat. The coastal town of
Alleppey on the Arabian Sea is the Venice of the
East, for the numerous canals that meander
through the town. Bathing in the backwaters on
the Vemband Lake is refreshing. This town holds a
thrilling event of snake-boat race every year in
August. It is also known for its cashew nuts,
coir trade, rice, pepper crops coconuts. Night
on board.

Day 09 - Alleppey
