minutes before you rinse them off with water.

orange skin and make sure to keep the white part
intact because the white portion of the orange is

soda with lemon juice. The juice could be added
until the mixture starts bubbling slightly. Apply

whitening results. Put a spoonful of oil into
the mouth and swish it for 10-20 minutes. Spit it
off and brush your teeth with a little fluoride
paste. Use it continuosly for a month to see
positive results.
