    discount. Giving discount means lessening your

    demands is always discouraged. This is because at
    the end you are wasting your time and money and
    hence the business profit.

  • Young talent with enthusiasm is always needed to
    speed up the work. But this sometime hooks up
    owing to the inadequate experience in the field.
  • Deploy your younger colleague to work under
    experienced people, the experience combined with
