• Did you know that not every offence will even
  require a us travel waiver aka us-entry-waiver?
  The Dept of Homeland Security Came into effect
  March of 2003. During the transition, there was a
  lot of confusion regarding getting new officers
  trained. Even now, you often will get a different
  answer to the same question from different
  officers. Some of them just flat out don't know.

• However, unfortunately for you, you will not know
  whom has the proper knowledge at the border. Some
  convictions or immigration law violations do not
  even require a us travel waiver. Sometimes we
  have to prepare a waiver packet with the intent
  of obtaining you a "September Letter." You
  actually may be unaware of how to get a us travel
  waiver.

• A September Letter is a letter from DHS that
  states that you do not need a us-entry-waiver.
  The letter is a one time thing. Once you have
  this letter, you present it to the officer and
  your USA entry should be permanently cleared for
  this particular issue. The packet is prepared
  with specific documentation to show why you
  likely do not need a US- Entry-Waiver. If D.H.S
  agrees, then you get issued the letter. We have
  the material and resources to show why certain
  offences do not require a us travel waiver. Note
  that just because you have been denied entry,
  does not necessarily mean that you will need a us
  travel waiver.

  conviction requires

  will get seized
• if you try to cross the border with a criminal
  record and
• without having a US-Entry-Waiver. Well , they
  have a vested
• interest in not being honest with you. Do you

  BELOW!
