  situation at my local club highlights this
• A group were arguing over the options available
  when declaring a ball unplayable, the consensus
  being that there are only two options to choose
  from
• 1. Drop within two club lengths of where ball
  rests (not nearer the hole).
• 2. Drop behind where the ball rests (no limit on
  distance) keeping that point between the drop
