and tips to reduce your triglyceride level
effectively without taking any medication. Look

bottle of chilled soda or a bowl of butter-scotch

high triglycerides level. Sugar is also a very
important factor which can lead you to excess

remove highly processed and excess sugar
contained food items from your diet. Cut out junk
foods, soft drinks, deserts and items with high
