Adam Higdon graduated from North Park University
and Theological Seminary in his native Chicago in
1998, and right away entered the workforce. But
he has never stopped learning he has committed
to improving himself in order to increase his
marketability and to be a more fully rounded
person. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in
Psychology from North Park and began working as
an Internet Sales Supervisor at Grainger. During
his five years there he helped to turn the
company's website into a profit engine, moving
from one million dollars in sales in 1999 to one
hundred million dollars by the time he left in
2004.
That enormous jump coincided with the growth of
E-business and E-commerce, which Adam Higdon
began studying at the University of Illinois
Chicago's Liautaud Graduate School of Business in
2001. He holds a certificate in International
E-Business and E-Commerce.

Adam Higdon is a Director of Media Optimization
at Adobe Systems, and he says that in many ways
it is his dream job. He has worked very hard to
get there, and says that every day he wakes up
feeling blessed to be part of such a dynamic
industry.
He knows that for every person who achieves what
he has achieved, there are many more who have had
to settle for less, and have maybe even slipped
through the cracks, in spite of their own hard
work.
3Adam Higdon Feels Blessed
Adam Higdon is a Director of Media Optimization
for Adobe Systems, Inc. He has a long and deep
interest in digital media. He began working for
Adobe in 2011, and his duties at present include
new business development.
"Technology, specifically digital media, is my
passion," Adam Higdon says, "and I feel blessed
every day I wake up to be a part of this dynamic
industry." Digital media, as he knows, is the
bread and butter of the Internet. It is a very
broad term that includes audio, video, and
photographic content that has been stored as a
digital media file.

Adam Higdon is a Director of Media Operations at
Adobe Systems whose territory consists of several
Midwestern states. He has worked for Adobe since
2011 and says that it is his dream job, since he
is able to work with digital media just about
every day. "Technology, specifically digital
media, is my passion," he says.
He was able to work his way up through the
industry to arrive at Adobe. Adam Higdon joined
the Army right out of high school. "Earned my
Expert Infantryman's Badge as a member of the
elite 3/9th Infantry Battalion (Manchus) in Fort
Ord, California," he recalls. "Transitioned to
Fort Lewis Washington in 1992 to join the 2/75th
Ranger Battalion."
