HK Company Incorporation Procedure

• Proposed name must be filled and approved by the
  Registrar of companies

  information on particulars of first directors,
  first secretary, founder members, share capital,
  as well as the address of the registered office
  of the company) and
• Prescribed Fee
• The Registrar of Companies will then issue a
  certificate of incorporation

• Applying for Business Registration Certificate
• Every limited company is required to hold a valid
  Business Registration Certificate (BR Cert) which
  is issued and regulated by the Inland Revenue
  Department (IRD)
• A copy of CI and BR Cert application form shall
  be submitted to IRD together with the prescribed
  fee. The BR Cert will be issued instantly.
