Specific storage requirements (Fridge Freezer)
(part I)
  • use containers, plastic wraps or bags for storing
    food
  • avoid placing unpackaged food in the fridge or
    freezer
  • place food in the fridge properly
  • dont leave the refrigerator door open for long

(part II)
  • make sure food has cooled down before you put it
    in the fridge
  • dont stack foods tightly, allow proper air
    circulation
  • never refreeze foods that have started to thaw
