Giselle Halwani first entered the restaurant
business when she was fifteen years old. She
worked at a deli down the street from her
apartment in Brooklyn.
After high school, GiselleHalwani moved to Boston
for a fresh start. She found work at one of the
best Italian-American restaurants in Boston as a
head waitress. She again quickly moved up the
hierarchy at her new workplace, gaining the trust
and respect of almost everyone who worked there.
When shes not caring for her family,
GiselleHalwani is managing one of the best
restaurants in the city of Boston. Over the
years, as the owners have aged, she has taken
over more of the daily operations of the
restaurant.

Giselle Halwani Ambitions
Giselle Halwani is the manager of one of the best
restaurants in Boston. She wants to keep the name
of the restaurant quiet so that people dont come
to her restaurant looking for her. She says she
is busy enough as it is without admirers or
headhunters coming her way.
She hopes to one day be the sole owner of the
restaurant where she got her start in the Boston
food scene. She has worked her way up from low
positions in all of her restaurant jobs, and her
abilities keep growing. Keeping up with the lunch
and dinner rushes can be difficult enough for a
waitress, but managing the staff, kitchens, and
other daily operations is an all-encompassing
task.
She also doesnt want to take away from the food
cooked by her husband, Isaac. As the owners of
the restaurant age, Gisellehas taken over more
and more of the business and daily operations.

GiselleHalwani graduated from high school and did
something that wasnt easy to do. She left her
home and her family in Brooklyn and started a new
life in Boston.
She has always been a confident, capable young
woman with infinite potential. When she arrived
in Boston, she immediately looked for a great,
budding restaurant to work for.
Gisellehas worked in the restaurant industry for
the twenty years, ever since she attended high
school in Brooklyn. Her family wanted her to stay
and work closer to home, but Giselle was a woman
on a mission.

Giselle Halwani Meteoric Rise
Giselle Halwani has been in the restaurant
business in one way or another since she was
fifteen. She began her meteoric rise to her
prominent position at one of the best restaurants
in Boston almost as soon as she first moved to
Boston from Brooklyn, where her large family
shared a two bedroom apartment.
Halwanis parents moved to Brooklyn from Iran
when she was five years old with her three
brothers, two sisters, and grandparents. At age
fifteen, she began working as a waitress for an
Italian deli down the street from her apartment.
When she first started, her superiors noticed an
uncommon work ethic in her.
