attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, claiming the
lives of 1,177 officers and crewmen. He is

exterior structures cleaning business utilizing
proven safe solutions and power washing business
serving the Southern Maryland area and
surrounding counties based in Tracys Landing,
Maryland. Bright Exteriors ensures the strictest
compliance to safety, and is Federal and State
registered and licensed.

organizations. He is a Navy veteran with more
than sixteen years of experience in project
management, safety, quality assurance, team
performance, problem-solving and savings in

Richard Lee Aker of Maryland is a Navy veteran
who lives and works in Prince Frederick, Tracys
Landing and surrounding communities in Maryland.
He served in the Navy from 1982 to 2007, and upon
leaving the service was presented with a Navy
Commendation Metal and presented an American flag
that once flew over the USS Arizona. The military
provided him with many years of experience as a
work center shift supervisor. He is currently the
owner of Bright Exteriors, a power cleaning
