How to make a very delicious Pollo Pizza

The Pollo Pizza is one of the most scrumptious
varieties of the Italian delicacy available at

In order to prepare the pizza dough, you need
about 500g of strong white bread flour, 1tsp
sugar, 1tsp salt, about 15g dried yeast, 2tbsp
olive oil, and 300ml hot water. To prepare the
toppings you need 2tbsp pizza sauce, dried
oregano, 2 pre-cooked chicken breasts, 2 balls of
sliced buffalo mozzarella, and 1 red onion that
is stir-fried in olive oil. You would also need
cheese, if you would like the same on your pizza.
To make the dough, you should mix the flour,
sugar, salt, yeast, and water in a bowl. Take a
blender with a dough attachment and knead it for
about 10 minutes. Now, cover the bowl with a
clean towel for an hour, or till it have doubled
the initial size. You should then knead again for
another couple of minutes. You should now divide
the dough into pieces of equal sizes in your
preferred shapes. You can choose the thickness
too according to your preferences.

You should now preheat your oven to 200 degrees C
and spread each pizza with the sauce, oregano,
onion, sliced pieces of chicken breasts, sliced
buffalo mozzarella, and top it with cheese. You
should leave the pizza in cooking mode inside the
oven for about 20 minutes. The dish is now ready
to be served.
