If youre going to grow a profitable business you
must know who your perfect customer is.

on social media, every decision you make
directly connects to your perfect customer

Were living in an 8-second attention span world.
That means if youre talking to everyone youre

Bad Clients
If a prospective client doesnt fit your customer
profile, dont bring that client into your
business.

for your business.
What you dont realize is that customer will end
up costing you more money than theyre worth.
Bad clients cost a lot of money. Theyre cancer
to a growing a business.

Term Decisions
You need to be focused on the big picture, not
immediate gain.

When youre constantly focused on immediate gain
in your business (i.e. taking bad clients because
you need money) you literally freeze growth in
your business.
Nothing will ever change. Youll always be
robbing-peter-to-pay-paul in your business.

Dont always make decisions in your business
based on the low-cost factor. The cheapest choice
may not be the best decision for your business.
As a matter of fact, most of the time the
cheapest choices comes with other consequence.
They also may have other costs attached to them
in the backend.

For example, choosing a cheap website or the
cheapest web developer. It may look okay to the
eye but when analyzed you may find that your
low-cost designer didnt actually understand
Internet strategy as a result you have a cute
visual website and no visitors.

The entrepreneur that grows a profitable business
knows they need to make good decisions. Dont
do what I call brown-bagging in your business.
Dont constantly make bad decisions just because
its the cheap way out.
Look at how your decisions impact your business
over the long term, dont be focused on
short-term gain.

Marketing Process in Your Business
A marketing process are the marketing tools
youre using in your business and how youre
using them, as well as how often.

The outcome of the marketing process ideally
should be a specific revenue gain or revenue
goal. The problem here is most entrepreneurs I
talk with dont have revenue goals.
If you dont have a revenue goal in your business
then how do you know if your marketing is
working? How do you know if your business is
growing?

Decide how many new clients or customers you want
in your business, what types of marketing avenues
youll be using, and then what you want the
outcome (revenue goal or clients gained) to be.
