Uday Joshi of Massachusetts received his Juris

of Water Resources degree, also from the
University of New Mexico. Uday V. Joshi of
Massachusetts has lived in New Mexico for
fourteen years, and is currently an
Administrative Law Judge and Hearing Examiner for
issues related to water resources and its use and
development.

Uday Joshi of Massachusetts is an Administrative
Law Judge and Hearing Examiner in New Mexico,
where he has lived the last fourteen years. His
career has focused on water rights, water
infrastructure, and watershed health. He
specializes in areas of water security, water
rights, economic development and investment in
rural and urban water utilities for all
beneficial uses of water. Uday V. Joshi of
Massachusetts also worked with the National
Oceanic Atmospheric Administration prior to
becoming an Administrative Law Judge and Hearing
Examiner.
