  you would need the following before getting
  started
• Marking tools
• Cutting and measuring tools
• Good adhesive
• A great but realistic design

The Process

• Get a design and try and visualize it in the
  form of the various parts that would go into
  making the design.
• Measure and mark the pieces on the sheet.
  Remember mark twice cut once.
• Precisely cut the pieces using a sharp cutting
  tool and mark them to avoid confusion.
• Fix all the pieces together to create the
  costume.
• Give a finishing touch for best results.
