1. Installation Step 1 Check Permissions Make
sure the ??app??, ?js?, ?media? and ?skin?
directories of your Magento and all directories
inside it have full written permissions or set
permissions on the each directory equal to 777
or 0777.
Important! Change all permissions back after
installation.

ystem_permiss ions Step 2 Disable
Compilation Log into Magento Admin Panel and go
to System ? Tools ? Compilation and disable the
compilation. After step 5 you can run the
compilation process again. Step 3 Upload
Files Upload all folders from the extension
package to the installation directory of your
Magento software using an FTP client.

Step 4 Clear cache Go to System ? Cache
Management. Clear the store cache. Step 5
Re-login Log out and log back into Magento Admin
Panel. Step 6 Use Extension Go to System ?
Configuration. In the left column you will see
the new tab Biztech Extensions.

2. Extension Activation Step1 Copy an
activation key Copy the activation key from the
Order Confirmation Mail. OR Login into your
account at http//st ore.biztechc onsultancy.co
mwebsite using the e-mail and Password that you
provided at checkout process. Go to Downloadable
Options and copy the activation key for the
Feedback Pro extension. Step2 Activate an
extension Log into Magento Admin Panel and go to
System Configuration? Biztech
Extensions /Feedback pro Activation and enter
the activation key in the ''Activation Key''
field for the Feedback pro extension then clicks
the ?Save Config?.

Step3 Select Websites When you enter and save
the key it will be verified and you can select
the websites where you need to use the
Feedback Pro extension. Click the ''Save
Config'' button after making your selections.
Now, Feedback Pro Extension got
activated! You just have to set
configurations.

3. Configuration
Please follow the below steps to enable Feedback
Pro extension for customers. Go to System -gt
Configuration gt Feedback Pro

• Enable Select "Yes" to enable the Feedback Pro
  extension. The extension is disabled by default.
• Save to Database Select "Yes" will save
  customers form entry to database and admin can
  view.
• Enable Email If eleÐted ?Yes? ewail ?ill de

• configuration field.
• Recipient Name Recipient name can be defined
  from here.
• Recipient Email Recipient email address can
  configure from admin, for multiple recipient
  comma separated values can be entered.
• Email Subject Email subject to set for emails
  can be configured from here.

In this tab, you can set basic configurations of
feedback form can be set up.

• Quick Form Header This will set form header that
  will be displayed on your website.
• Show on Right If eleÐted ?yes? Wedsite Page
  ÐoYtaiYiYg 2-column right layout will display
  feedback form.
• Show on Left If seleÐted ?yes? Wedsite Page
  ÐoYtaiYiYg 2-column left layout will display
  feedback form.
• Success Message When customer of website will
  submit the form, this configured
• success message will be shown to them.

• Recaptcha can be added and configured for
  security purpose.
• Enable Recaptcha If seleÐted ?yes? eÐaptÐha
  ?ill de displayed oY feeddaÐk fo?w.
• Hide for Logged-in Customers If eleÐted ?yes?
  eÐaptÐha ?ill de hiddeY f?ow logged
• in customers from feedback form.

• Admin can manage form fields from this section.
  Admin can dynamically update, edit, delete and
  add new or existing form fields.
• Add New Field Clicking on add new field will
  add new form field and it can be configured with
  various options.
• New Field Label Label For the field can be
  defined
• Is Enabled If seleÐted ?Yes? field ?ill de
  sho?Y oY ?edsite else Yot.
• Sorting Order Sort fields on frontend according
  to their sorting orders.
• Is Required If seleÐted ?Yes? field ?ill set as
  ?e?ui?ed, use? wust hae to
• enter value for the fields else not.
• Input Type Defines input type of the field.
• Field Values This option will be work for field
  type such as Checkbox, Radio button and Dropdown.
  Admin needs to set option values for this fields
  with comma separated.(e.g. Male, Female).

4. Quick Notes

• There needs to be at least one field to show form
  on frontend.
