• 1.Is a cancellation policy. The cost is 6.9 of
  the total rental price.
• You are a valued guest and we want to do
  everything possible to make your trip enjoyable
  and worry free. Because the unforeseen and
  unexpected can occur before you leave or when
  youre away from home we recommend CSAs Vacation
  Rental Insurance Plan. Please review the
  information located on the website under the
  rates tab. The cost is 6.9 of the total package
  and can help protect you from certain unexpected
  risks offering protection for Trip Cancellation,
  Trip Interruption, and Travel Delay. Please click

• 2.Security Deposit Protection
• As part of your stay you may purchase a Security
  Deposit Protection plan designed to cover
  unintentional damages to the rental unit interior
  that occur during your stay. If purchased, the
  policy will pay a maximum benefit of 3,000. Any
  damages that exceed the 3,000 will be charged to
  the credit card on file. If, during your stay at
  one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person
  causes any damage to real or personal property of
  the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or
  omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured
  for the cost of repair or replacement of such
  property up to a maximum benefit of 3,000.
  Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details
  of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are
  contained in the Certificate of Insurance or
  Insurance Policy. The Security Deposit Protection
  can be purchased up to, and including at,
  check-in. Please see the add on at time of
  booking to select this option. Otherwise either a
  check for 150 is required or a hold on your
  credit card of 150 is required.
