John Clayton Lobbyist A Life in Politics John
Clayton, a lobbyist, has spent his professional
life involved in State politics in Georgia. He
began with a position in the Georgia House
Appropriations Office, and then became the Deputy
Finance Director for the reelection campaign to
former Governor Roy Barnes. John Clayton, a
lobbyist, attended the University of Georgia as
an undergraduate and holds a law degree from
Georgia State University.

VP John Clayton, a lobbyist, earned Bachelor's
degrees in Political Science and Public Relations
from the University of Georgia. He studied law at
the Georgia State University College of Law,
where he was the Vice President of the Student
Bar Association in 2007. John Clayton, a
lobbyist, is listed in Who's Who Among Legal
Graduates from Georgia State University. He is
the founder of Piedmont Public Affairs and
Georgia Public Affairs.
