2Dr. Marvelli is an ophthalmologist who serves the
society with dedication. He has a caring nature
that helps him to be compassionate with his
patients and understand their problems easily. He
always tries to meet the requirements of his
patients in the best way possible. He was born in
Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and in 1968, he studied at
Galesburg Senior High School, Galesburg, IL.
3After this, he enrolled in Southern Illinois
University, Carbondale, IL. He was an exceptional
student, and in 1974, he was honored with G.B.
Dudley Award at Eastern Illinois University. He
was brilliant at physical and life sciences. He
completed his B.S degree in zoology/chemistry
from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, IL.
Then he joined Loyola University Stritch School
of Medicine, Maywood, IL so that he can finish
his M.D.
4In 1984, he was a Medical Director and Board of
Directors at Care First Inc., situated in
Arlington, Texas. In addition to this, he was
also a Medical School Admission Representative,
at Medical School Graduation Committee and
Medical School Curriculum Planning Committee.
5Dr. Marvelli is an Ophthalmologist in the states
of Iowa, Illinois, Texas, and Louisiana. He has
gained great respect for providing a great deal
of commitment towards patients. He has an
experience of more than 29 years, and also has
huge compassion, respect and integrity. He
specializes in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Diabetic
eye care, Glaucoma, Cataract Surgery, Cornea
Transplants, and Lasik Surgery. As he is
dedicated to offering intense level of care, the
treatments offered by him have become a favorite
choice among people of the area.
6Dr. Marvelli was a member of President's Scholar
Program at Southern Illinois University, Phi
Sigma Society, Beta Beta Beta, and American
Chemical Society. He was a resident in Internal
Medicine at University of Iowa Hospitals and
Clinics. Besides this, he was the resident in
Internal Medicine at Loyola University Medical
Center for the following year. In 1984, he
finished his residency in Ophthalmology from
Louisiana State University Eye Center. From 1984
to 1985, he was also a fellow in Pediatric
Ophthalmology at the LSUEC.
