• Premium Exterior Paints

• Armaflex Gloss Silicone Modified Armaflex Gloss
  S.M. is a water based, silicone modified 100
  pure acrylic, protective and decorative coating
  that is formulated as non-splatter paint for
  exterior or interior walls, ceilings and trims.
  It is a rapid drying material with high film
  strength that exhibits good early resistance to
  moisture.

• Armaflex Low Sheen Silicone Modified Armaflex Low
  Sheen S.M. is a water based, silicone modified
  100 pure acrylic, protective and decorative
  coating that is formulated as non-splatter paint
  for exterior or interior walls, ceilings and
  trims. It is a rapid drying material with high

• Trade Exterior Paints

• Solaflex Gloss Solaflex Gloss is a modified
  acrylic emulsion, which has been formulated as a
  topcoat for aged concrete roofing tiles. The
  product is designed to prevent moisture
  accumulating between the substrate and the
  coating but will also breathe, adapting well to
  Australias harsh freeze-thaw environment.

• Suntuff Low Sheen Suntuff Low Sheen is a water
  based, 100 pure acrylic, protective and
  decorative coating that is formulated as a
  non-splatter low sheen paint that is suitable for
  most exterior applications. It is a rapid drying,
  high film strength material that exhibits good
  early resistance to moisture. The formulation
  dries to a hard, yet flexible film that flows and
  settles to a smooth low sheen finish offering
  excellent resistance to environmental dirt
  pick-up.

• Solaflex Low Sheen Solaflex Low Sheen is a
  modified acrylic emulsion, which has been
  formulated as a topcoat for aged concrete roofing
  tiles. The product is designed to prevent
  moisture accumulating between the substrate and
  the coating but will also breathe, adapting well
  to Australias harsh freeze-thaw environment.

• Preparation Base Coats

• Barrier Barrier is an industrial water based
  anti-mould solution specifically formulated for
  the maintenance painting and roof restoration
  industries. It is supplied as a ready to use
  solution available in 20L plastic drums or as a
  concentrate available in both 20 Litre plastic
  drums and 4 Litre plastic containers with a
  mixing ratio of 14 (Add 4 Litres of clean water
  to every 1 Litre of Barrier Concentrate).

• Rivett Rivett is a clear solvent based solution
  that offers outstanding sealing and binding
  powers when used during the restoration process
  of aged construction surfaces. In addition to its
  primary use, Rivett has also proved to be an
  effective first sealer/binder for chalky paint
  finishes, soft friable masonry walls and any
  substrate requiring new surface stability prior
  to the application of an aesthetic or protective
  finish.

• Rus-traint Rus-traint is a penetrating, moisture
  displacing, rust encapsulating inhibitor
  manufactured from a scientifically balanced blend
  of penetrating oils, rust inhibitors, oxygen and
  moisture resistant resins. When applied directly
  over rust, it will penetrate the finest pores and
  cavities in the rust, displacing the trapped
  moisture and encapsulating the rust as a pigment
  in the dry film. It converts rust into a
  micro-pore free, fully functional surface ready
  for painting.

• Tripleflex 3 in 1 Gold An ultra premium product,
  Tripleflex 3 in 1 Gold is a low odour, exterior
  grade sealer / primer / undercoat, with good
  opacity, direct to substrate adhesion and roller
  splatter resistance.

• Multi-Seal Unlike traditional solvent based
  acrylic solutions that contain hydrocarbon
  solvents, Multi-Seal is a clear
  water/alcohol/glycol based solution that offers
  the superior sealing and binding capabilities of
  traditional solution acrylics without the toxic
  release of hydrocarbon solvents into the
  atmosphere. The product does not form a surface
  film but is designed to penetrate the substrate,
  rather than coat it. Multi-Seal binds any loose
  surface particles to a hard finish prior to any
  topcoat application.

• B-16 Red Oxide Anti-Corrosive Primer B-16 Primer
  is a resin rich anti-corrosive primer
  manufactured as a concentrate to enable long-term
  storage without the normal hard settle of the red
  oxide and zinc phosphate pigments that are
  normally associated with anti-corrosive primers.

• Oil Based Undercoat Oil Based Undercoat is a
  quick dry, high solids maintenance
  primer/undercoat that provides a well adhered
  stain blocking base coat for most acrylic and
  enamel topcoats on interior or exterior surfaces.

• Tripleflex - 3 in 1 A premium product, Tripleflex
  3 in 1 is a low odour, exterior grade sealer /
  primer / undercoat, with good opacity, direct to
  substrate adhesion and roller splatter resistance.

• Enviro-Clean Astec Paints Australasia
  Enviro-Clean is a water-based formulation
  designed to clean wax, grease, oil, silicone,
  automotive exhaust build up and general dirt off
  most painted and unpainted surfaces.

• EC-2000 Dirtguard SM EC-2000 Dirtguard Silicone
  Modified is a 100 acrylic, elastomeric wall
  coating designed for the long-term protection,
  durability and aesthetics of masonry walls.

• Energy Star Dirtguard I.R. Elastic Energy Star
  Dirtguard I.R. Elastic is a crack bridging 100
  acrylic elastomeric wall coating that exhibits
  outstanding exterior durability. This semi-gloss
  coating has excellent elongation and recovery
  characteristics that provide a positive
  waterproof seal for masonry and texture finished
  walls.

• Energy Star EC-100 Dirtguard Silicone Modified
  Energy Star EC-100 Dirtguard Silicone Modified is
  a water-based, second generation 100 acrylic
  waterproof membrane coating with high infrared
  heat reflectivity. Applied as a liquid, it forms
  a seamless waterproof membrane in situ on the
  substrate, offering excellent resistance to
  ponded water when fully adhered.

• Epitec Primer (Resist Concrete Sub-Moisture)
  Epitec Primer is a two component BIS A EPOXY and
  POLYAMIDE water based epoxy primer designed for
  the sealing and priming of concrete surfaces. The
  product is supplied as a Part A and Part B, which
  are mixed at a 11 ratio just prior to
  application and can be applied to most correctly
  prepared concrete surfaces.

• Energy Star Cool Pave Gloss Energy Star Cool Pave
  Gloss is a tough, durable water based pavement
  coating that is tolerant to chemicals released
  from vehicle engines, transmissions break
  systems and offers outstanding resistance to
  softening and pick-up from hot vehicle tyres.

  Pave Low Sheen is a tough, durable water based
  pavement coating that is tolerant to chemicals

  pavement coating that is tolerant to chemicals

• Sports Coat Sports Coat is a moderately flexible
  yet hard wearing non-skid top-coat, which is a
  100 acrylic coating that has proven to provide
  excellent exterior weathering. Although the
  finish looks like a low sheen finish because of
  the non-skid aggregate, it is actually a full
  gloss product that is modified to provide good
  dirt pick-up resistance and washing properties on
  flooring applications.

• Satin Enamel Satin Enamel is a premium, high
  solids maintenance enamel that provides a durable
  satin finish for both exterior and interior
  surfaces. The product offers dry hiding power far
  in excess of many of the commercially available
  enamels. Its strong, dry film hide is achieved
  with specially surface treated opacifiers used at
  maximum concentrations during manufacture. The
  products outstanding opacity, allows for a single
  coat applications to be achieved on many
  substrates that can substantially reduce both
  material and labour costs.

  solids maintenance enamel that provides a durable
