the Companies Act, 1956, Part IX. Joint stock
companies are included in the Part IX companies.
In these companies, capital is divided into
shares by the permanent paid up capital. Even

incorporation is implemented for part IX company,
but this include a few additional forms such as
form 37 and 39.

section 25 company is a non-profit organization.
