2This specialized curriculum is designed to
prepare the professional esthetician for working
in the medical environment. Medical esthetics has
become one of the fastest growing components of
the esthetics profession.
3A medical esthetician requires special skills and
knowledge to work at an advanced level of skin
physiology, cosmetic ingredients, and
consultation to be able incorporate each
component into delivering dramatic, results
oriented skin care treatments to their clients
and patients.
4As well as to have the knowledge and skill to
work side by side with patients having undergone
medical procedures that improve and affect the
skin. Students will learn how to evaluate and
consult with clients and patients and to perform
chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other
clinical skin care treatments that deliver
dramatic results!

- A supplemental introductory workbook is required
for completion BEFORE starting the program. All
information will be released upon enrollment.
Completion of the 600-hours aesthetics curriculum
or a New York State aesthetics license is a
