• Bradley Witham owns and runs his own pastry
  parlor in Rhode Island. This shop is very
  popular, and is famous among customers both from
  around the area and from other places as well.
  Some customer favorites on the menu include
  orange zest pastry, watermelon sherbet pastry,
  walnut gourmet pastry, Kiwi NewZ pastry,
  pineapple pastry, coffee pastry, blueberry
  pastry, and vanilla rocky road pastry etc. He
  enjoys his daily routine at the parlor, which
  opens at 10 in the morning.
• Customers start coming in at about 1030, and
  the shop stays open all day long till 10 PM. He
  employs 5 people to help out with the daily
  tasks. The pastries in the shop are made fresh
  every day, so in many cases customers will find
  that what they wanted to eat is finished if they
  come at the end of the day. In addition to
  pastries, the shop also serves tea, coffee,
  rolls, donuts, sandwiches, pretzels, and quiches.

• Bradley Witham was born in a small town in
  Germany, and moved to the United States when he
  was 7 years old with his family which included
  his grandmother. As a child, he used to go with
  his grandmother to local pastry shops and cafés
  to taste their sweet dishes. His own interest in
  pastry making formed when he was around 19 years
  old, and there was a cooking competition at his
  high school.
• Instead of baking cookies or something
  normal, Bradley thought he would try something
  different. This was the first time he made
  everything from scrap. With the help of his
  grandmother, he got all the ingredients and made
  his very first chocolate vanilla pastries. They
  were an instant hit with the judges at the
  cooking competition, and were sold out in 2
  hours.

• He believes that it is important to keep
  updating cooking skills on a regular basis, and
  thats why Bradley Witham attends classes and
  exhibitions. He is not married, and lives with
  his adopted daughter Angelina. They also have 2
  beautiful cats. When he is not busy taking care
  of the pastry parlor, he enjoys trekking,
  paragliding, and travelling.
