• Damage Headlamp

• Prepare Headlamp
• Step 1
• Remove any surface dirt contaminants before
  brading the area to be renovated with P2000
  Wet/Dry sand paper.

• Step 2
• Apply Pearl Scratch Remover PL053 to Lambs
  wool Pad polish in short bursts, to prevent
  excessive heat build-up.
• Clean abraded surface before polishing.
• If necessary use a mist of water to keep the
  surface cool.

• Step 3
• Re-apply Scratch Remover with Foam Polishing
  Pad to enhance finish, again polish in short
  bursts with light pressure applied to the pad.
• When polishing process is complete, clean
  headlamp to allow for inspection.
• If further work is required repeat polishing
  process again.

• Step 4
• Apply the Pearl Oyster Paint Sealant
  PL042 with a clean cloth and allow to haze
  before buffing.
• For additional protection a second application
  of the Sealant can be made 15 minutes after the
  first application
