in the table format. Go to data tab to select the
Text to columns button. A wizard will open up

required to uncheck all the checkboxes including
the space under the delimiters heading. Now
continue to next step. Select the column in the
data preview and go for the text option available
under the heading column data format. Repeat this
previous step until all the columns are visible
in the data preview display. Click finish for
ending the wizard process. The data will now be
aligned in the columns in the proper table form.
