trainer who believes that weight training and
cardio are the ideal way to lose weight as one
can burn more calories by conducted both weight
training and cardio. He believes that when it
comes to losing weight, all exercises are
necessary. A healthy exercise routine consists a
number of moves, and all these activities are
very efficient at burning calories. This is an
important point as the only trick to burning body
fat is shedding more calories than you take in
and choosing the exercise can make a huge
difference in reaching or delaying the results.
Divy Amin states that there are some points that
he thinks are important while choosing the
exercises.

To lose serious calories, one can increase the
cardio routine with interval training. One can do
this by exercising at a consist rate for first
few minutes, then going at full-speed for a
shorter interval, and then again returning to the
normal pace to recover just before going through
the same cycle. On the other hand, cardiovascular
exercise is also a good way to burn down the most
calories for weight loss. People involved in
these studies were first divided into three
different groups which are a weightlifting group,
a cardio group, and a cardio. Weightlifting group
worked out a little more as compared to everyone
else. The studies shows that the cardio group,
who only exercised on treadmills were able to
loose an equal amount of weight as the
cardio-plus-weights group, despite the lesser
workout time. The group that worked out only with
weights, lost the least amount of weight.

Even though, exercise is a key part in any
weight-loss strategy, but one can usually burn
far more calories by eating less food than by
working it off with an exercise routine. If
counting calories is not acceptable, one can
focus on eating lean and whole foods. By eating
tofu, fresh fruits, egg whites, salad veggies,
and whole-grain bread, one won't have any space
left for consuming any high-calorie food that
contributes to calorie overshoot.
