An asset is usually defined as a thing owned by
an individual that has a particular cash value,
including goods, property, investments, and
savings. Therefore this term refers generally to
the management of the asset by various service
providing companies. It is advisable to maintain
a proper balance and implement asset management
in various assets of your life. Most of the
people think that asset management is only
related to taking good care of your finance and
property. When you consider things from a deeper
point of view, asset management is important to
all the real assets in life. These are not
necessarily financial and materialistic things.
Your non-material assets could be your time,
health, relationships with other people, skills

• Managing work time If you would be managing your
  free time in a better, you could be saving as
  much as one or two hours of work every day. This
  can translate to getting more done or having more
  free time. You need to have a specific written
  plan that details what you want to achieve in
  your work, including dates. That, you need to do
  daily prioritisation of your tasks, so that all
  the more important tasks are completed in that
  day and the less important are pushed away, maybe
  for tomorrow. This way you will always get the
  important things done. You would be amazed at how
  much time people waste on doing unimportant
  things. Do this and you are guaranteed to create
  at least one or more hours a day.

• Make some time to plan ahead for all kind of
  projects you want to do that require good use of
  your assets. For example, if you want to
  re-decorate the house, find out that you have all
  the assets to do it on your - you may have a
  friend who knows about decorating and will be
  happy to help (get help them with something else
  in return). You may be able to take a course in
  decoration or read a book about it with the extra
  time you got from managing the work time right.
• Your finance Most people do not handle their
  financial affairs properly and therefore losing
  out. It could be a very wise move to sit down and
  analyse where your money is going to. If you do
  that for three months, you can see that in many
  cases you can save a few hundred bucks a month.
  That money can be used to pay debt, go on
  vacation or purchase an asset and more.

that should be implemented to all the areas of
your life and not just your assets and financial
