a computer programmer (Michael Kent), a doctor as
the finacial backer (Ivan Mindlin), and a down on
his luck gambler/used car lot owner from Kentucky
(Billy Walters) who was recruited to be the
"money mover"... Billy was in charge of getting
the bets down and disbursing the profits to all
involved.
