Divy Amin is a California based certified fitness
trainer and has more than 10 years of experience
in this field. He believes that cardio exercise
should be performed three days in one week. You
can safely execute some kind of cardio each day
of the week, but if you are also doing weight
training then you can perform it on alternate
days instead of trying to do weight training and
cardio on the same day. In addition to this,
weight training needs a single day off for every
single day on, so in those days you can do cardio
exercises. Even though if your muscles are sore
from weight training they will not affect your
aerobic exercise, but it is not good to put your
muscles through the same strength training
exercises two days regular. It is highly
productive to use your muscles so that they can
flex and that is why cardio is a good way to do
this.

According to Divy Amin, when you are performing
cardio routine just be sure not to strain
yourself too much. During high aerobics your
breathing can be more difficult and you wont be
able to have a conversation easily, but you
should only hit these challenging peaks during
target heart rate training. It is always best to
consult a physician before starting any workout
routine. Cardio is a brilliant exercise, if you
are not perfectly healthy to began in strong
activity including aerobic exercise, then you can
do more damage than good. Divy Amin also advices
that a full workout routine consists both cardio
and weight training exercise. You should not
combine weight training and cardio and make it on
alternate days instead.
